The Liberty Offering happened on Sunday, April 22nd, but it's not over! We're now in the midst of the 30-day commitment. This means between now and May 22, 2012, you can still contribute to the Liberty Offering! In the meantime, check back soon for an update on the total received.

About Liberty
"You, my brothers, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to
indulge the sinful nature; rather, serve one another in love”
(Galatians 5:13).
Every spring the people of Freedom House come together to serve our church and the Church by giving sacrificially. Armed with prayer and resourcefulness, we work to raise funds toward the vision of Freedom House. Ten percent of what we gather goes to an organization doing God-things in our world.
But Liberty is about much more than money. Our vision at Freedom House is to equip people to experience Christ's freedom every day. The dream behind Liberty mirrors that vision: Christ has invited us beyond the "American Dream" of self-gratification. His kind of liberty tells us to get up off our flabby freedom and exercise it by serving! When the church stretches out hands filled with our time, resources and love, we not only experience Christ's freedom ourselves, we give that freedom to others. Together we can serve our community in ways none of us could accomplish alone.
