The Challenge
On Sunday, December 2, Pastor Troy issued a tithe challenge. Actually, God issued the challenge many years ago; Pastor Troy just challenged us to believe and trust in what God already said!
So what is it? God said, "... [T]ry Me now in this [tithing] ... If I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you such blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it" (Malachi 3:10). So he told the conregation at Freedom House Church that if they tried tithing for six months and saw no change in their lives, FHC would refund every dime back to them.
Are we crazy? Nope. We just happen to believe the Bible, every lick of it.
So if you have never tried tithing, now you have no excuse! Do you accept?
Requirements
Our only requirements are (a) that you attend and tithe at Freedom House Church; (b) that you let us know you're accepting the challenge (below); and (c) that you tithe on record. Undesignated funds cannot be properly credited. If you give by check, make sure it has your name on it; if you give cash, put it in a tithe envelope and write your name on it. You can also give online.
